Tranquilo Family Travelers

fam.jpgCurrently making their way across Libya, this is no ordinary family of nomads. The Escampettes are experientially homeschooling their three teenage children as they drive across the world. Their family website is unlike any travel site I’ve ever seen. This is their second round-the-world trip together.

You can follow another vagabond family’s adventures at Six in the World, a “normal family of six taking 365 days out of our everyday lives to circumnavigate the world, explore interesting places, make new friends, and learn a little more about ourselves and the world we inhabit.” Anne and Tom Andrus are currently with their four children in Chennai, India, where they are working with a local organization in various villages.
