Downtown Cheyenne swirls with dust on this sleepy Saturday afternoon. Dark clouds to the east mark the edge of some big prairie weather system. I’ve been walking the streets, photographing giant painted boots and historic buildings, but I duck into the Shadow Pub and Grill, in the old railroad depot when the wind picks up and the light turns gray.
