As it says on our home page, “Nomad Cohousing, built in 1997, is a small urban cohousing development in north Boulder, adjacent to the Nomad Playhouse. Our community is comprised of 11 homes on 1 acre of land, with a number of shared common spaces—yard spaces, fountain, garden, bike rack, play area, recycling room—which we take care of collectively.” (More information: “What is Cohousing?“).
