Archetype is a local distillery producing gin and vodka that opened at the end of February. The space is beautifully modern with classic cathedral influences. The Colfax and Lava cocktails are just as visually alluring as they are delicious. There are a lot of surprises here for first time visitors.
Bertha’s Baja Bistro

This location has only been since January 2018, but it’s making quite an impression with affordable margaritas and specials on classic dishes each day of the week. There’s an impressive selection of local craft beer to choose from! From the Prime Rib to the Reuben Sandwich, there’s something that everybody can enjoy here.
4024 Tennyson Street in Denver
You can expect high quality crafted cocktails from this cocktail bar that has been open since the new year. They focus on using herbs, roots, and spices to create their unique drinks. Some of the notable drink choices include the Black Jack, Golden Gate, and the eclectic Baobab. There aren’t any food choices or happy hours here, but it’s certainly a spot you don’t want to miss.
Tacos Tequila Whiskey
215 E 7th Avenue in Denver
Though the original location at York & Colfax has been around for quite some time, this is a newly opened restaurant having only been open since the beginning of March. This is a local chain that’s known for their authentic taco and tequila selection. It can get pretty crowded here on the weekend!
